The American Numismatic Association (ANA) announced today the suspension of the 2020 World’s Fair of Money.  The WFOM show, originally scheduled for August 4-8, is where TEC has our yearly meetings.  We are sad to hear of the suspension, but know that it was in the best interest due to COVID-19 restrictions and State of Pennsylvania guidelines.  Stay tuned for more details coming soon.

We learned today that our President Emeritus, fellow collector, and friend Ray Dillard, TEC #837-LM, died yesterday, March 8, 2020, at the age of 94. As lengthening days lead us surely from darkness to light, we give heartfelt thanks for the good example of the indefatigable Ray, who, having finished his course in faith, now finds rest and refreshment. Our thoughts are with his daughters, Sherrie and Kathy, as well as his sons-in-law, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
