Convention Badges

TEC has been issuing elongated quarter convention badges in conjunction with the annual American Numismatic Association convention since TEC’s first annual meeting of 1967. As you can see from the images below, the designs of these fine elongates are varied and creative – often reflecting the charms of the convention’s host cities.

In 1989, TEC also began producing a colored, enameled version of the convention badge. Currently, the regular convention badges are sold to the general public at their respective ANA conventions, while the enameled versions are only available to TEC members on a pre-order basis (details and deadlines for pre-ordering these treasures are announced in TEC Quarterly Newsletter).
